Kavalan Solist Port Cask Cask Strength is a single malt whisky from Taiwan's pioneering Kavalan Distillery. Established in 2005 by the King Car Group, Kavalan rapidly gained international acclaim through its tropical maturation environment, producing richly concentrated whiskies that consistently outperform established competitors in global competitions. On the nose, it displays dark berries, red fruits, chocolate, plum jam, and oak spice. The palate is rich and powerful with notes of black cherries, raisins, dark chocolate, vanilla, and sweet port wine influence, followed by a long finish of spice, oak, and dried fruit.
