Following the same philosophy as the legendary Argonne cuvée, this Champagne represents the meeting point between the elegant expression of Aÿ terroir and the rich complexity of new oak barrels crafted from the historic Argonne Forest.

Created from a strict selection of the finest parcels, this 100% Chardonnay Champagne is vinified and raised in new Argonne oak barrels for one year before extended ageing on lees for at least seven years. This meticulous process creates a Blanc de Blancs of extraordinary depth, texture, and refinement.

The palate reveals a harmonious balance between citrus freshness and chalky minerality. Enveloping and solar, with a silky mouthfeel and elegant layers of lemon, mushroom, and oak, this is a unique interpretation of Blanc de Blancs Champagne.
